RAYMOND ARROYO (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): When you look at the taxpayers, Harris, only 1.8% of taxpayers are in that upper bracket making more than $400,000. That means the IRS has no choice but to target the other 98% of taxpayers. And that is where their firepower — and I mean that literally — is going to be trained. What people don't realize is there is a criminal division of the IRS. If you run afoul of them, OK, there is something called the Criminal Investigation Division. A 2017 GOA report — that's a Government Accounting Office report — found they have in their possession, the IRS, 5 million rounds of ammo and 5,000-plus weapons. They just made another purchase this year. They spent $700,000 buying more ammo. My question is simply, why?
HARRIS FAULKNER (ANCHOR): When you say ammo, what do you mean?
ARROYO: I mean ammunition, I mean guns. I mean armed agents.
FAULKNER: Wait a minute, this is not a metaphor? You are saying the criminal division of IRS, from that 2017 GAO report, they have 500 million rounds of ammo.
ARROYO: On hand, and they just bought more.
FAULKNER: What in the world would the IRS need that for?
ARROYO: They were training for the enforcement, at least that's the thinking if you look deeply into this.
FAULKNER: That's an army!
ARROYO: Yeah, it's a Praetorian Guard that will be unleashed again. Joe Biden said he was going to grow the middle class, Harris, and unite the country. Instead, you have a government targeting the citizens, and now arming this Praetorian Guard to go out and grab all the cash they can by any means necessary.
