MATTHEW BOYLE (BREITBART WASHINGTON BUREAU CHIEF): I do think it's a smart move by Congressman Gaetz and the other members of that. It's worth noting that one of those original eight, Ken Buck, is also against Jordan. And so when he said his signature is on that letter by accident, so we'll see how this shakes out. But if that's what they need to be able to get there and vote for Jordan, and, you know, they, they punish the other ones who did this then fine, right?
But the fact is, is that if Jordan doesn't end up as the speaker here -- look, there's two pathways here: Jim Jordan becomes the Speaker of the House or there is going to be a massive civil war inside the Republican Party where nobody is safe and frankly, maybe that's a good thing.
CHARLIE KIRK (HOST): I think the war is already here, Matt. But explain to me -- Ken Buck, what is wrong with this guy?
BOYLE: Ken Buck wants to work at CNN. It's pretty clear, right? Like, I mean, he was interviewing for jobs at CNN very recently.
KIRK: Yeah, and so he's willing to throw away his constituents and his country. I mean, is he a compromised congressman?
BOYLE: Yes.
