STEVE DEACE (HOST): This is the 57 page ruling that the DC Star Chamber that's trying to put Trump in the gulag there with several of his supporters, that they put out last night doing exactly what I warned all along they were going to do, which was to overrule his appeal. They went even a couple of steps further, though, that I did not anticipate. And I -- you know, I'm only gonna cover this at the bottom of the hour because last week, you guys were sold a bill of goods by a lot of people with blue check marks that everything was free and clear on this, and we're just moving on to the election. And that's just not true.
That doesn't mean they're gonna be able to put Trump on trial, but if you read this ruling, man, they're gonna damn well try. I mean, they're gonna do everything they can possibly do to do so. And somebody needs to tell you the truth of, you know, what's actually being attempted rather than pump in the sunshine. And so, I don't care about being hated, so I've nominated myself for that gig. And I'm gonna walk you through some of the takeaways from this 57 page ruling yesterday, I'm just gonna tell you though, yesterday was not a good day on that front. It was not a good day.
